On most commercial jobs, the risk in a stucco package isn’t the finish. It’s the calendar. Stucco and EIFS sit near the end of the exterior sequence. If the windows arrive late, or the roofer misses a kickout flashing, the cladding sub absorbs the delay.
We’ve installed commercial stucco and EIFS around North Jersey for more than 25 years. Our owner, Shivon Pardasie, has been in the trade that entire time. We plan the cladding package backward from your dry-in date and tell you early if the schedule doesn’t work. This page covers new installation. We run all four exterior cladding systems in house, with a crew of 25.
A layered system with insulation board, base coat, mesh, and finish. It carries the best thermal performance of the four and gives architects the widest range of shapes and textures.
Three coats over metal lath. Heavier and more impact resistant than EIFS. Common on schools, municipal buildings, and anywhere the ground floor takes abuse.
The look of full brick at a fraction of the weight, so you don’t pay for extra structure or a brick ledge.
Natural and manufactured veneer, usually at the base or on feature elevations.
Commercial facades rarely leak in the middle of a wall. They leak at the edges. Window heads. Parapets. Roof-to-wall junctions. And most of all, the joint where one cladding meets another.
That joint is where responsibility usually gets split. The stucco sub blames the stone sub. The stone sub blames the stucco sub. Nobody fixes it until water shows up on a tenant’s ceiling. Because we install all four systems, every transition on your building belongs to us. There is one number to call and one warranty conversation to have.
Most stucco and EIFS manufacturers set a minimum application temperature near 40 degrees. The wall also has to stay above that while the material cures, not just during the hour it goes up.
In North Jersey that shapes the whole build calendar. On some jobs we can keep going into winter with temporary enclosures and heat. On others we tell you the honest answer, which is to push the cladding to spring. A finish applied too cold will fail, and the money you save on schedule comes back as a callback.
Before we start an elevation, we build a mockup panel on site. Your owner and architect approve color, texture, and joint layout against the real thing under real light. Rejecting a mockup costs a few hundred dollars. Rejecting a finished elevation costs a great deal more.
We handle the submittal package for the specified system and keep manufacturer details on the job. You can see finished work on our recent commercial projects page.
We contract with general contractors, developers, property managers, architects, and building owners directly. Our work covers retail centers, office buildings, warehouses, multi-family, healthcare, and education projects.
Our shop is in the Hackensack Industrial Park, which puts us close to the Route 4, Route 17, and I-80 corridors. We work within roughly 25 to 50 miles of Hackensack, and our crew speaks English and Spanish.
Send us drawings or a scope and we’ll walk the schedule with you before you commit. Site visits are free for property owners and commercial general contractors. Call (201) 750-3590 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, or request a site visit online. New Jersey HIC registration 13VH11592500.
Sometimes, with conditions. Most stucco and EIFS manufacturers set a minimum application temperature near 40 degrees, and the wall has to stay above that while the material cures. We use temporary enclosures and heat on some winter jobs. On others we tell you to move the cladding into spring rather than risk a failed finish. Call (201) 750-3590 to talk through your schedule.
We work within roughly 25 to 50 miles of our Hackensack shop. That covers Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Morris, Union, and Hudson counties. We also take commercial work in the five boroughs of New York, plus Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Putnam counties.
Yes. We build a sample panel on site so the owner and architect can approve color, texture, and joint layout before we start the building. It is much cheaper to reject a mockup than to redo an elevation.
Yes, and we prefer it. The joint where two claddings meet is the most common leak point on a commercial facade. When one contractor installs both sides of that joint, nobody can blame the other trade for it.
Yes. We work with general contractors, developers, property managers, and architects, and we also contract directly with building owners. Site visits are free for property owners and commercial general contractors.
